{"id":8964,"date":"2022-04-06T17:12:51","date_gmt":"2022-04-06T15:12:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.valnerinatartufi.net\/?p=8964"},"modified":"2022-09-07T17:22:23","modified_gmt":"2022-09-07T15:22:23","slug":"salmon-pie-with-porcini-mushrooms-and-truffles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.artartufi.it\/en\/salmon-pie-with-porcini-mushrooms-and-truffles\/","title":{"rendered":"Salmon pie with porcini mushrooms and truffles"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"heading_font\">INGREDIENTS<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g of smoked salmon<\/li>\n<li>400 g of Porcini mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>1 shallot<\/li>\n<li>2 spigs of dill<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons of Brandy<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons of cream<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>80 g of summer truffle<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>PREPARATION<\/h4>\n<p>Season the salmon slices with half of oil, pepper and a sprig of dill. Clean the Porcini mushrooms and slice them. Fry the shallot in a non-stick pan with the remaining oil.<\/p>\n<p>Add half of the mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook quickly on high heat for 5 minutes, sprinkle with brandy, add cream and mix.<br \/>\nTurn off and blend to obtain a sauce to which you will add 80g of minced truffle.<\/p>\n<p>Oil 4 baking molds (aluminum or silicone) of 6-8 cm in diameter and arrange in layers alternating the slices of salmon and the mushrooms.
